Telephony via Cisco Call Manager
All Bena locations are connected via a redundant Call Manager. Cisco Call Manager is a software based call-processing component of the Cisco IP telephony. The telephone system provides an unlimited number of extensions and individual circuits.

Unified messaging integrates with your network, communication applications, and clients. It is also supported on a VM platform. Via our intranet you can control the system from your PC and telephone.
Phone Answering Service
We answer, manage and transfer all your business calls, according to your instructions and in your company name. We transfer your calls to wherever you are in the world
